We are so excited to welcome you as a presenter at the 2020 ICEC! Below you will find all of the information you will need on preparing and submitting your presentation as well as CME/CEU requirements for speakers. On 9 September 2020, we hosted an Oral Presenter Information Session and Q&A; view the recording of that meeting here.
We ask that your main presentation be pre-recorded. These pre-recorded sessions will be broadcast at an assigned time as though they are live, and we will ask you to be active in the chat and Q&A windows in the virtual session room during the broadcast of your presentation. We will also host a live Q&A with all of the presenters at the conclusion of each session (each session consists of 5 presentations).
Your presentation recording should be no more than 12 minutes in total. After all 5 presentations in your session have been broadcast, we will invite the audience to join a live Zoom while the moderator facilitates a 15-minute panel-wide Q&A.
We encourage you to download the I'm presenting badge and use it in email, on your website, on social media, etc. to let your colleagues know that you will be presenting at ICEC.
